Discover Orce

A short walk through the historic centre: the church, the fortress, the Palacio de los Segura and, to finish, the museum.

The route

A walk through the historic centre of Orce that links its main monuments and ends at the museum. It starts at the parish church of Santa María, built between 1749 and 1775; continues to the Alcazaba de las Siete Torres, the fortress that overlooks the village; goes on to the Palacio de los Segura, home of the Tourist Office, and ends at the First Settlers of Europe Museum on Camino de San Simón.

It is less than a kilometre on foot. The time shown includes the museum visit; the opening hours of the fortress and the museum change with the season, so check them first at the Tourist Office (+34 958 746 171).
