Less than two kilometres from the village, in the River Orce valley, rises the Fuencaliente spring, with mild water all year round. It should not be confused with the Fuencaliente spring in Huéscar, a different one.
Today it has been fitted out as a natural pool with gardens and lawns, a picnic area with barbecues and parking, and a restaurant that opens in summer. According to the Granada Tourist Board, it is open all year and admission is free.
